Weekend Three.

May 17, 2010

This weekend was busy, but also super fun! My weekend three:

One. Did a family photo shoot for my friends Daniel & Susie & their adorable seven-month-old Caden. We walked all around Shoreline Village in Long Beach — absolutely loved this venue!

They bought this giant lollipop as a fun prop, but Caden ended up biting through the plastic wrap & getting his first taste of sugar. Oops.

Two. Crafted away. Didn’t quite finish up the two projects I wanted to finish, but made pretty good headway. New goal: finish today!

Three. Hit up the antique & flea with a big group of girlfriends… and loved every single minute of it.

Some of the items were pretty pricey, but I came away with a couple treasures. Rosie & I each scored a globe (we’ve both been on the hunt for a good one) & took a pic to remember the occasion!

(Me on the left with the blue globe, Rosie on the right with the brown.)

Had so much fun hanging out with good friends & finding new things to decorate our home with. I ended the weekend feeling accomplished, happy, & thankful. :]

What are your weekend three?

I love vintage/secondhand stuff! I don’t own a lot of it though, I’m pretty much a wannabe-vintage girl. ;) You look really cute in that photo, by the way! I love your blog. (The name is awesome! Ampersand ft&w!)
