Weekend Three.

March 23, 2010

This past weekend was jam-packed with lots of fun window-shopping & sight-seeing. My fave is looking at tons of pretty & inspiring things (and getting to capture those things through the eye of my camera), without spending a penny. Free fun is one of the best kinds of fun a girl can ask for. :]

One. Walked around west LA with S. Visited the following:

Royal/T Cafe: Sweet art gallery/cafe/shop with all sorts of handmade & Japanese goodies.
Room & Board
: S sat in every single chair, and no joke, they were all comfortable.
: Saw a beautiful tufted headboard & rusted chandelier I would love to show off in my home.

Two. Visited my newlywed sister-in-law in her quaint yellow Spanish-style home. Less than three months, and she’s already got the homemaking thing down.

Three. Scoured the OCC flea market with two girlfriends. We all came out victorious: baby toys, wooden matted frames, and a sweet vintage glass jar. Would have loved these as well, but couldn’t justify getting them.

All in all, a good weekend, I’d say. :]

What three things did you do this weekend?

Your sister’s home looks beautiful. I haven’t explored West LA very much. This makes me want to very much! You have wonderful photos! :)
