Seasons greetings! It’s one of my favorite times of the year…cold weather, hot chocolate, and lots of layers! After a brief hiatus from my shop, I wanted to give you all a little gift by offering a 10% discount on everything in the etsy store using code HOLIDAY10, good now until Friday, December 10. The offer is good for all thank you stamps, address stamps, and the newest additions–holiday stamps:
I’m super honored to have my calligraphy featured in Melanie’s fall celebration submission for City Cradle. I knew when I received these artichoke letterpress cards, that the party was going to be fabulous. She did an amazing job pulling together all the details — I especially love the farmers market-themed centerpieces!
Finished up these handmade kite thank you cards for my friend who had a baby shower a few weeks ago.
I’ve been loving scalloped edges lately, so I thought it would be a cute detail to incorporate into the overall aesthetic. These cards are hand-stamped with my thank you stamp, but it goes on so clean, it looks the same as if it were digitally printed. We toyed around with different ideas for the fabric portion — starting with a balloon idea, but settling on a kite. My friend requested specific colors that she found from this nursery inspiration, which I tried my best to duplicate (but that blue/green/gray color is hard to find!).
Stay tuned for her baby announcements that will be coming up in the next month or so!
I am super excited to announce a project that has been in the works for the past couple months! I recently collaborated with Joke of Tokketok — a super gifted letterpress designer — on a few baby announcement templates. We pulled together three different designs with her awesome letterpress/design skills & my calligraphy.
I am thrilled about how they turned out and couldn’t be happier with the end product. They are custom made to order through Tokketok and available for purchase immediately. For more information and pictures, head on over to her blog.
What do you think? :]
Thank you so much for all the comments and positive feedback about the stamps! The winner of the giveaway is #65, Kim of the underachiever’s blog. For the rest of you, I am offering FREE SHIPPING on all of my stamps until the end of this week, so hop on over to the shop if you get a chance. (Note: Offer applies only to those in the United States.)
*A brief pictorial recap of life lately (clockwise): exploring Laguna Beach (right next to our new apartment); decorating our new place with little knick-knacks; scouting out vintage furniture at the flea; designing & creating products I love for clients I appreciate. Life is busy, but good.
